help I can't display heart rate in the dashboard

Firstly let me apologise, if this has been asked before.
I can't get the dashboard to display heart rate, I think I may have removed it, but I was under the impression that I could reinstate it. I just can't work out how to do it?
If I remove all the app data I have to re-sync my vivosmart and it looks like it skips past the heart rate bit but it goes so fast I'm not sure.
What am I doing wrong, please help me.

Remove app from phone and reinstall it... worked for me!

I know of 2 ways to show heart rate. This is online (not the mobile app).

1. Add a report widget and choose o display heart rate. It shows dots on a graph.
2. Add a report and choose to display recent activity. If a GPS map isn't involved, it will display a heart rate graph over time for the length of the activity. Regardless if a map is involved, if you select to view the details, it will open to a more elaborate graph.

i can't get it too

I don't see any heart rate options under my reports widget..help please..

Add a blank report to your dashboard. Then, from the drop-down list, there are 2 heart rate stats you can show - average or maximum heart rate. If that doesn't show for you, check that heart rate is set to show on your actual device.

This is sad, after four years no reply to help with this minor issue? If someone has figured out to put the heart rate back on the mobile app, please post it. Thanks.

Did you try activating the Heart Rate card after tapping the link Edit My Day at the bottom of the My Day page?

You will not lose any data by hiding or re-enabling the HR pane
