cannot download apps and watch skin from connect iq, what happen?

    Sorry to hear you having trouble with Connect IQ! If you don't mind, what kind of phone and Garmin device do you own? Please ensure that you are running the latest version of software on your device by going to Garmin.com/Express.

    I am using vivoactive english version at hongkong, platform samsung note 3, tap pro 8.4, android system t.01 lollipop, and a regular pc at window 7.1

    When try to download stuffs from connect IQ, it all show your server error, please wait later, i akrrady wait for 3 days since i buy this watch! Kindly check what happened, thank you.

    finally knows how to download through computer, so complicate!!

    1. go to Garmin Connect website, login your account

    2. connect the phone with the usb dongle

    3. select the apps you want at Garmin Connect, through Garmin IQ, press download

    4. Garmin Express will pop up, and sync your watch, then the apps will go to your watch

    so complicate!! my godness.....
  • It's amazing to me how complicated Garmin software engineers make things. The UIs and user experience is so unpleasant. With the success of Apple products, it blows my mind they approach their software like Microsoft....over bloated and confusing.
  • I certainly didn't have to do that at all. I've never ever connected my android phone through usb. I just chose the apps I wanted and they were installed on my vivoactive during a sync.
