Garmin Vivosmart and Galaxy S4 Android 4.2.2

When I try to pair my new Vivosmart to my Galaxy S4 running Android 4.2.2, garmin Connect mobile App says to me that my smartphone is not compatible with Bluetooth Smart :eek:
Is that true?
I see many people use the Garmin Vivosmart with a Galaxy S4 (or a S3)....
Which could be the reason why I'm not able to use too?

You need Android 4.4.3 or better with BLE 4.0.
4.4.3 works but 4.4.4 is more reliable.

Is there a reason why you're still at 4.2.2?
