LiveTrack Purchasing Subscription Fail?

Recently got a 620, and everything seems to working great btwn it and my Samsung S5, w/ firmware 5.0.1.

Except I can't seem to purchase a livetrack subscription.

All that ever happens is it says "Processing Purchase..." with the spinning wheel. This wheel goes and goes and goes. Even left overnight it was still trying to process. I'm signed into my garmin account, I can look at the runs I've already recorded. I've got a credit card in my google play, in case that was the issue. I've tried over the past 2 weeks off and on in case it was something w/ the server. I've even tried rebooting the phone a few times, even re-installing the app.

Any thoughts??:confused::confused::confused:

The only thing, that I literally just thought of, is I've not had my watch on and connected while trying this. That's not stated anywhere or anything but it is one variable I haven't considered yet. Is it that simple? Or is livetrack associated to phone and watch, not just phone?

  • I also can't purchase from Garmin Fit on my Galaxy S5.
    My card details are correct. What can I do to subscribe and use Live track? Processing just hangs there for ever!

    Mine does the same thing. I try to purchase and it spins and says processing purchase...
    My phone is a ZTE
    Any help?

    I was hoping to find a solution to this issue, I have a Samsung S5 with the exact same issue.
