Concur with all negative comments above, the new version / layout is terrible. What was garmin thinking with regards to the dashboard. Yield this entire web/tracking/segment to strava, they have this figured out. I've always been hopeful that Connect would become more strava like, but it's moving in the wrong direction. I'd be happy with just a snappier way for connect to send the .fit file directly to strava.
The Activity list is now under Fitness. I like the new layout. Its fast and gives us Segment lists and comparisons that Strava requires me to pay for. Only negative so far is still no way to see my paused time if i did pause the watch.

Thank you for contacting Garmin International.
The Leaderboard is now located under the Fitness section in the menu, but will only appear if you have a registered device which supports the leaderboard, such as a Vivofit or Vivosmart.
