Impossibility to log in to the mobile app

Hey guys,
I was thinking of purchasing a vivosmart and so I wanted to check out the app first. I downloaded it on the play store and created an account that works just fine on the Internet website and my boyfriend's phone. My problem is that I keep getting an error message when I try to log in on my phone, which is a galaxy s5. Does anyone else have the same issue? It's very upsetting as I can't reasonably buy a device if the app doesn't work on my mobile.

  • I'm having the same issue. I used to be able to log in to Garmin mobile connect and now every time I try, I get "a problem occurred while attempting to sign into Garmin Connect". I can still log into Garmin Connect web app no problem. I also have a Samsung Galaxy S5. I changed my password and that never helped. Any help would be appreciated as this is getting frustrating.

    Hey, actually my problem is gone. I wish i was sure what solved it but I am clueless. I tried disabling the Samsung s health app in case there was a conflict, I cleared the cache, rebooted a few times, uninstalled/reinstalled the app countless times... Hope you can get it to work :/
