You can see attached picture of it as well. It's been working fine until this afternoon. Why is this happening? I haven't made any changes or updated. Please help!
Just wondering if Garmin reads these threads and reponds? I have the same problem today. I've only had my vivoactive 48 hours. I loved it yesterday when it worked. But if this is a typical issue, then it might have to go back.
How do you actually get the app to sync with the watch (in my case a 920XT).
I know it does it automatically every so often, but how do you get it to do one immediately? you would think that there would be a 'sync connected device' button somewhere
I just uploaded the latest software on my husbands Garmin 810. We've never had any problems with it. Now it will connect very quickly by bluetooth but it will not sync. It gets the same sync error message as Al_Perez posted above. I've been trying to sync it for over and hour and it will not sync. My husband is a semi-pro athlete this tool is essential for his training. We need help. Any solutions please??? Thanks!
