Vivosmart wont sync with garmin app after daylight saving time change. Also vivosmart band wont let me change time manually to 5th April keeps reverting back to the 4th April.
My vivofit also won't sync after the daylight savings time change. I disconnected the vivofit and now it wont pair to connect app givin me a fault message. I uninstalled app too with the hope that would fix it but no and now i have lost all my data!!
Assuming you sync with your phone, on your vivosmart, the middle icon right next to the bluetooth icon should be set to "Mobile device". Check that first.
Vivofit also fails to sync post DST exit here in .au. First sync today connected and updated time but failed to upload data multiple times. Subsequent attempt to remove device from app and re-pair have succeeded to pair but fail to sync. Pairing also reports that the device is connected to a different system and needs to be reset...

Also, my vivofit is also not syncing and the utility is saying cannot connect to Garmin.
It's just dawned on me that yeah...... in AU the DST change & suddenly my husbands vivofit & my FR15 wont sync at all. I didn't even think of that. It keeps saying there is an error & each time it's got an extra 'activity' to sync after failing.
I'm in AU on a Samsung Galaxy (so, android) device and have been getting the exact same error message as katrinaelkurdi1 when trying to get my Vivofit2 to work. I only got it yesterday!
If i had to guess I would say there's a bug at the server end that it didn't realize it was 5th April and DST end until it reached midnight GMT. So things only fail for those ahead of GMT by some hours
