My vivofit paired this morning but is not working now. I keep getting "sync failed" error.
I had the same problem after about a week and a half, my vivofit would not pair when I logged into garmin connect. I spoke with the help line and I had to reload Garmin Express which is the program that actually pairs with the vivofit, not garmin connect. Try going to the garmin web site and reloading express. then start the program up before you sync. That should fix it.
