Hi, is there a known problem running the Garmin Connect app on the Samsung s4, I have installed the app to use with my Fenix 2 and have been unable to log in via the app, I get the message:"A problem occurred while attempting to sign into Garmin Connect". I have tried signing in via mobile network and wifi...same result and have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times......please help!

This is the EXACT problem I'm having with my ACER TABLET while trying to get GARMIN CONNECT for ANDROID to work.. My THREAD, started a couple of days ago was also replied to by PSHARE..I have my USERNAME and PSWD right because I can SIGN in with my laptop but get the same response as you did with the TABLET trying to SIGN IN. Uninstalled and RE-INSTALLED 2-3 times..makes no difference
  • Check date, timezone and time on device, set everything on auto. Somehow it did fixed sign-in problem in my case.

I can confirm that this does fix the issue (not only on Samsung Galaxy phones, on others too).

Thank you so much for your help!
