heart record

Hello, my vivofit record my heart rate with the heart moniter but when sync with the connect app on my phone its not being recorded with my activities. What should I do?

Same problem. I can see my heart rate on my vivofit when I set it to HEART and wear my heart rate monitor. I recorded my heart rate on the vivofit for 15 minutes today, but there is no evidence of it on garmin connect after I synced. The sync did cause my steps to show up on garmin connect...just no heart rate monitor. I has worked before, but not for the past two weeks. What should I do to get it to sync my heart rate info?

This is now happening to me. It worked fine until 2 days ago. Has anyone figured this out?

I am having the same problem. My last 3 work outs do not show up in the connect app. My steps are there but not my heart rate data. It also hasn't shown up in my fitness pal. I want this function...if not resolved I will return the device.

This is discussed in many threads. It's a common bug. Garmin is working on a fix with no date that it will be resolved.

Yup....same here. No activities are being uploaded. Glad I'm not alone.
