Just purchased, downloaded app on Verizon LG LTE but today I have not been successful at syncing. Yesterday took a few tries as a newbie but today nothing. Device shows sync and phone displays data transfer but no up date. Please help.
The unit has not updated heart rate or any new activities. I have to 'pair' the unit and then info on steps and sleep download. I have tried both the Ant and mobile app..thanks
I've had a vivofit for about a year, ever since the new update I've had problems. Everything seems to sync EXCEPT the activities. Ive tried using PC and phone. Nothing. Im not alone on this. Several people have the same issue. I hope they fix it soon
