can't sync my fenix 3 with BT or wireless since 2.9 upgrade

I upgraded my watch yesterday to 2.9 from that point on the wireless won't connect nor would the BT to my phone (android S active 4.3)
any had that issue ? this is REALLY frustrating.

BT solved by full reset, still no wireless. getting no known networks.
