Google Inbox notifications

Hi,

Watch: 920XT
Phone: Moto G
GCM version: 2.9.1

Notifications work well, but I want to move over to use Google Inbox as my main email client on the phone. It doesn't seem that notifications from Inbox get through to the Watch (I see the notifications on the phone status bar). Gmail & Outlook.com apps work ok, but not Inbox.

Anyone been able to get Google Inbox notifications to show on their watch?

Did you set it up as a custom smart notification?

Oh wow, I just came on to post wondering what the difference was between the notifications of some applications showing up and not others - I hadn't noticed custom smart notifications at all - thanks!
