Got a question when it comes to Garmin Connect app VS Garmin Express and vivofit.
When I use the app I update 2 or 3 time a day to the server.
Then when it is time to sleep I press the button to go into sleep mode.
No problems with that at all.
But what I have noticed is maybe there is another 500 or so steps added before I press sleep.
These extra steps are lost when I use the app the next day.
If I go 2 or 3 days without updating my Vivofit to the server.
Then sit down and update my Vivofit via my laptop and Garmin Express no steps are lost.
Why is there a difference between the 2 ways to update info???
Why should I miss any steps if I use the app????
