App freezes while "saving"

I have a galaxy note 3 and every time I try to exit the app it gets stuck "saving...". I have to turn my phone off in order to restart the app. I can then sync everything again and connect to my vivosmart but then as soon as I try to exit it is stuck "saving" again. Does anyone know how to resolve this?
  • I had that happen to me a few weeks ago when there were issues with Garmin servers. There aren't any server issues in your case so it may be a problem with the app. In my case, I was trying to save my custom stride length in the app. I saved it and it showed "saving" for the longest time. If I recall correctly it eventually just went away but it took some time. I saved my custom stride length online instead.

    I don't know if you tried to change some settings in the app that caused this but what I suggest is to make a profile change in Connect on your PC and sync it. Perhaps it will clear the issue.
