I purchased a Garmin vivo smart. I have it linked to bluetooth and it says it syncs but the fitness app is stuck 877 steps and 1359 caloies. notifications weren't working but lately they started to work. I am pretty tech savvy but can't make the steps change on my Samsung Note 2.
