Sync still sick?

Ok, I know that there have been Garmin server problems the last couple of days. It was to the point where my 920XT would get sync errors using usb connected Garmin express, WIFI would get actual sync error, and the Android app syncing just didnt occur. Sometime late yesterday (my local time), Garmin Express syncing started working again, and Wifi syncing started working. However, Bluetooth syncing via Android GCM still does not occur. I've done everything possible that I know, removed the device from GCM, unpaired, uninstalled the app, and then reverse the order, and its been an hour since the last sync.

Anyone else experiencing this?
