vivosmart still not connecting

Garmin - How is it that this fix is taking so long. I updated again today with no improvements. My Bluetooth stays connected for email, text, and at random times updates the app, however when trying to set an alarm or sync all I get are error messages. I love my device, I am a Garmin fan, but please fix this issue. $200 dollar smart watches that don't function cause people to find new products to try out.

    Mate, I feel for you. I to am in the loop of GC and vivosmart pain, this is the 2nd update I have tried and it seems to get worse. Apparently it only works with an updated firmware on the vivosmart but that's impossible. Absolute prise winning, ocean going, fur lined cock up

    Yeah i can confirm one of the prerequisites for the GC update to work is to have Vivosmart firmware 2.90...... which isn't available yet. I think Garmin tried to push it this morning as my VS updated after a charge but the firmware didn't change from 2.80 - Adam

    vivosmart stopped sync-ing with Samsung Galaxy 4.

    I just got my Garmin vivosmart and was using it - ( Loved it!)
    Yesterday it stopped syncing and I have spent 3 hrs trying to get it to work.
    Phone off / Phone restart / Removed bluetooth / Reconnected bluetooth pairing / removed mobile connect app - reinstalled.
    Is there a fix?
    How do I get a firmware update on the bracelet?
    Do I need to hook it to a computer vis USB?

    Im in the same boat im feeling let down. My vivosmart wont even update to 2.90 and now it wont sync at all.

    Yes Yes Vivosmart is updated to 2.90. Till now no issue anymore with connectivity with Garmin Connect

    My copy of "Connect" updated yesterday and now I can't sync and don't get notifications of any kind. I hope this is related to the server issues mentioned previously and will soon be fixed.
