Galaxy Note 2 "Sync Failed"

At about 1200 est, my phone a vivosmart have suddenly stopped syncing.
I have rebooted the phone, unpaired and repaired the device, to no avail.
All software is updated. Please advise!

    Exactly the same thing is happening to me too with my Note 3
    Got it yesterday, paired ok and synced okay and this morning after having it on "sleep" it wont pair :(

    Mine too on a Galaxy S4 phone. It started around 10am Central time on Sunday. The BT seems okay, as I can still get phone finder to work. But the file transfer from Vivosmart to phone is failing most of the time. It will work every now and then.

    It almost seems like the files are corrupted on the Vivosmart side. When Sunday finally synced, there were missing hours of data - meaning although i walked those hours, it showed 0 for those hours.

    Still having the same issue...or it will say "synchronizing" on the blue banner, but does nothing at all.

    Just saw there is a application update...but after using it, still not working. I will give it a couple days and if they don't sort it out it is going back to rei.
