Edge 510 course, workout sync fsil

Trying to sync course with edge 510 using garmin connect and PC garmin express. Both attempts fail.

Audit gives me this:

I cannot sync courses/workouts with PC hard wired connection with Garmin Express or with Garmin Connect mobile app on Android Lollipop on Nexus 4. But post ride uploads and everything else seems to work without any problems.

Was trying to make an MTB course to follow so I didnt miss trails but no luck. tried simple road course with a few points no luck. Tried to sync workout to 510 with no luck. I have another older Garmin 305 that the workout did sync workout with hard wire and Garmin Express on PC....but wont go to 510.

Any help would be great.

Had more issues with uploading rides so reverted back to older firmware version then installed latest with Garmin Express. Turned off live notifications on Garmin Connect mobile app and now Course, workout sync works.
