"a problem occured while attempting to sign into Garmin Connect"

I have two garmin watches Fenix 2 and Forerunner 920xt received from Amazon. I've beed using mobile Garmin Connect. For about two months each time i try to load Garmin Connect on my Samsung Galaxy S4 Active but all the times i have same error message during login: "a problem occured while attempting to sign into Garmin Connect" .
About once a week i do following: open application manager, clear app data, clear cache, uninstall app. Than i load google play and install the app again. Than i try to connect using my account data.
All the time - same issue. Futhermore i have lots of similar feedbacks in the google play. So this is mass problem. Garmin, please solve it assap. I'm sure that it is not so hard.
p.s need to say before this issue occure Garmin Connect works well on my device. One of my friends use Garmin Connect on his Note 3 device without such problems.

Some users told that if they turn off wifi it start to work. But with my device it is not working.

Very interesting fact - paid "Garmin Fit" app able to connect to Garmin Connect and it works ok))

Found the source of problem in my case: Device time was set to "manual" and there was incorrect time zone set. So There was a conflict between the internal device time. I've set correct time zone and "time" - to "auto" and now garmin connect start to work correctly.
