All activities' graphs pages are saying there's an error and not showing

The graphs screen (showing the heart rate, power, cadence, etc) show as blank and instead say "an error has occurred." These display correctly on the website.

I tried the following but none of these steps fixed it:

1. Clearing app data/cache

2. Uninstall, reinstall the app

3. Delete and re-add an activity via the Garmin Communicator Plugin on my computer

Is there a server issue? (The rest of the data pages show correctly, it's only the graphs)

I have the latest version of the Android app.

This occurs on both:

Nexus 5 Phone
Nexus 9 Tablet

Hi BIKEGPS. What is the activity ID? The easiest way to find the ID is to "share" the activity from GCM, and select GMAIL as the program. You don't need to actually send the email though. The link, embedded in the body of the message, will contain the ID. Reply here with that ID and I'll see what's going on. Thanks! See screen shots attached:)

Please post the activity IDs from the instructions in post #2 above. I'll look into what's going on.

    Preca_Cicloboxes_Team,
Thanks for posting the activity ID. The bug has been identified and the fix will appear in version 2.8 of the mobile app, scheduled for mid-January. Please accept our apologies.

JSON data contains "null" value. New from server, GCM not handling.
