My vivofit is not syncing. It just says pairing and shows my goal and step count. I've tried turning it off and on and it doesn't work. Very frustrated. Anyone have this happen before?
I will be glad to assist you. Can you look to see if you have a steps goal listed? If there is no goal displayed or it did not save correctly that could be causing the issue. Please adjust the goal manually, re-pair the vivofit to the phone, and restart the app. That should resolve the problem. If it does not please attach some screenshots showing the steps goal displayed.
