vivofit resets itself to pair mode

I got my vivofit in August and it had been working great. Recently it has been setting itself into pair mode where the only options are pair, steps, and step goal. It will not sync or save memory in this mode. I have explored the app, tried to re-pair the device, and every thing else I could have done. This has happened about 6 times in the past week, but this is the longest lasting time it has gone on. Please make this stop!

    Phone Garmin support, it happened to me last week and they sent me a replacement.

    I will be glad to assist you. Can you look to see if you have a steps goal listed? If there is no goal displayed or it did not save correctly that could be causing the issue. Please adjust the goal manually, re-pair the vivofit to the phone, and restart the app. That should resolve the problem. If it does not please attach some screenshots showing the steps goal displayed.
