Activities are shared in random language

Whenever I try to post my workout to Facebook, it either messes up km/miles or posts in random language. Two posts in Italian, one in German, miles/kilometers mixed. All randomly.

Garmin 620, Nexus 5 full-stock latest Android
Garmin 220, Xperia Z1 full-stock, latest Android
All devices, profiles etc - languages set to English, Measurements are set to METRIC.

PS: and yes, I have tried switching it off and back on.

An update, to clarify the above:

- Both my wife and I suffer from this issue.
- She has a FR220 and Xperia Z1, I have FR620 and Nexus5.
- She syncs everything over BlueTooth, I sync over WiFi.
- It works well for both of us if we share activities via G+, Mail, Web-interface, 3rd-party app (e.g. Garmin Viewer Pro), etc.
- Whenever we try to share it to Facebook via Carmin Connect app on our phones - the language is messed up.
- we even tried connecting to different networks (e.g. mobile 3G, 4G, home WiFi, public WiFi)

PS: and yes, we have tried switching everything off and back on.
