The new Garmin Connect allows creating custom exercises, with warmup periods, interval training etc. I would love to see these work on my Fit android app. Is it possible to do so?
For example, I want to prepare a specific program like 10' warmup, followed by a 4x800/2' recovery sessions, followed by 20' of recovery jogging. I can create it on web, however can I "pass" it to the fit application?
This is a must have and one of the major reason I am considering switching to other even free alternatives like Runkeeper and Runtastic.
