Email Connections for live track on the app

I seem to have lost the ability to enter / save emails for the live track feature. It let's me add them but It does not save them anymore. So every time I do a live track I have to re enter all the emails. I remember before the app had a setting to add the emails but that setting feature seems to be gone now. Am I missing it or is that feature gone?
  • Same here. Have to re-enter live tracking contacts every time. I think the last update killed it. I uninstalled/reinstalled the app and that didn't fix it. Come on Garmin.....
  • So I just found and installed Connect v. 2.1. All is well again.

    Google Garmin Connect apk. Pick a version from the results older than the one you have installed now, 2.3.1 was on my phone. I picked 2.1. Uninstall the currently installed app first. Install the newly downloaded file. You may have to give permission to install apps other than from Google Play. On my RAZR Maxx I checked the box at: SETTINGS-SECURITY AND SCREEN LOCK-UNKNOWN SORCES. Your phone may be similar.

    Just wonder how things like that get broken during updates. That should have been caught before the update was released.

    FYI, I've been using Garmin GPS since the Edge 305 came out, so I should know better than to install any update until others have tested it out. Many times during the past updates broke more than they fixed.

    The code was changed to allow typing an email address directly from the LiveTrack Settings screen, instead in a separate screen. The test to verify the email addresses are "remembered" across LiveTrack sessions wasn't executed.
    That should have been caught before the update was released.
