Perhaps you can. Try Googling "Enable Multiple User Accounts on Android 4.2 and Above". The app itself does NOT allow multi-user. But the Android platform could. Many tablets allow multi-user accounts, which keeps a version of the GCM app in each user's sandbox.
  • Anyone knows if this works on android?

  • Yes it works. I don't recommend it since it can easily mess up the sync of devices. Better to use different phones or tablets. One for each person.

  • I don't have a phone for my son. Until now I used the Garmin Express, but I figured this might be much easier, just need to switch the accounts with a few touches when he's next to me during dinner, and then switch it back.

Do you have some bad experience? Anything to avoid?

  • I haven't tested it, but I've heard about people trying to have one installation with multiple devices that are connected to different accounts that easily can be messed up. Phones are single user devices.

I would use a different device. We got Android tablets for our kids that can be used if they would have Garmin devices. Android tablets usually support multiple accounts so you can easily switch between different installations.

  • LOL, you just told me not to use multiple devices with 1 android phone, and in the next sentence you tell me to do that with an android tablet. That's the same!

We don't have any other device where Garmin Connect runs. The tables has too old android :(

  • Not the same. Very few Android phones got multi account support. They are designed for a single user. Most Android tablets got multi account support. It means you can set up multiple accounts in Android and switch between them and each user got their own installed apps and settings and connected devices. They are designed to support multiple users. That way you don't logout of Garmin Connect and login with another user. Instead you just switch accounts in Android.

It is the same way you would do with a computer. You don't let multiple users use the same account and share browser and applications. Instead you logout and login with another user or switch user (Windows+L on Windows) to have multiple logins running at the same time.
