I've been using fenix2 for about 2 months. Every time I finished my training (running), I turned on Bluetooth of fenix2 and my mobile phone (Note3). It was successful in transferring data from fenix2 to mobile phone in first 2 months. However, Data didn't transferred from fenix2 to mobile in the latest run (3 times).
Mobile connect still detects my fenix2. Connected was shown both in fenix2 and mobile phone.
I have no idea what's going on why I couldn't transfer data by using bluetooth. 
