Even I am having the same problem..I restarted the phone logged out of connect.. nothing works. I am using HTC one m7 it used to work seamlessly till 04.Aug..now it won't sync and I cannot delete it from connect ..so that I can re-pair it. Will call them tomorrow and let's see what they got to say.
I'm having a terrible problem keeping my vivofit connected to the mobile app. I have to pair again almost every time I try to sync it. I had no problems on the Galaxy S4 but now I'm on the HTC One M8 and it's driving me crazy. Any thoughts? And I am pairing it through the Connect app.
Hi I am having a similar issue. My vivofit will sync to garmin express from my laptop but not to connect on my iPhone. I tried to delete to device from the app and now I can't pair it again. Does anyone know how I can pair it to my mobile again?
NOTE: The vivofit is not supposed to stay "connected" indefinitely to the app. The only time it "connects" is when you want to send your step data to the Garmin servers, for viewing in the app. To make it connect, you long press the button until the "sync" screen displays on the vivofit. It could take seconds, or it could take minutes (depending on the Android phone manufacturer and model) for a connection to be established. Once a connection is established, the grey text "Disconnected" turns to a blue "Connected". If the card's footer shows "Details", then the app knows about the vivofit. (You can perform a long press on the card to bring up a dialog showing the mac address, last connection time, etc. of the vivofit.) If the card footer reads "Pair Device", then that must first be done. If there is some other issue, please let us know what that is. Thanks!
