Garmin connect app 2.2.2

Just installed a new version of Garmin connect.

version 2.2.2

after opening the app is chrashes directly.
Phone info: nexus 5 with android 4.4.4

Even a restart dit not help.

crash reports are send in , hoping for a quick fix.

edit: a update on a nexus 7 makes the app crashing as well.

I'm having the same issue, even cleared cache and the same. Now I can not use it

version 2.2.3 is available. this version solved my issue
