I am having problems with my vivofit connecting with my HTC One M8. It will sync occasionally, but will rarely pair or sync correctly. Any suggestions?
I have the latest version of GCM (2.1) and I have 3 devices to connect, a vivofit, a Forerunner 620 and an Edge 810. The problem I have now is that when I pair the 620 and 810, it works fine, if a little unstable. When I add the vivofit, the 620 stops pairing. When I re-pair the 620, the vivofit stops syncing. This is very frustrating as you can imagine. I need to have the vivofit syncing more than the 620, but it is still a huge pain not to be able to do both.
I'm having the same problem same phone. I find it works more if I use pair instead of sync it then goes to sync straight after, however it's still seemingly random as to whether it works or not.
Can't sync vivofit to Garmin connect app on Samsung
Using a Samsung galaxy S4 running Android 4.4.2 and my vivofit worked with garmin connect for about a week and now I haven't been able to sync for 4 days. Getting ready to return if I can't fix this but would rather figure out the issue. Device shows on the app (so it looks to be paired) blue tooth is on. Any suggestions welcome
I'm having the same problem. I got the vivofit Thursday night. I synced then and Friday Am, but nothing since then. It is driving me nuts. I even tried with the USB thing and I got nothing.
Hi all,
I've own my vivofit for a while now, but I am unable to down load any data, either the PC or Mobile's, I've done delete and reloaded the program s, and still no joy,
Is there anybody with ideas to sort this issue.
Cheers
Try logging out and logging back into the app. Your devices will all be cleared from the app's database, but upon sign-in, the devices will be refreshed from Garmin Connect. Connect does not save the MAC addresses of the devices, so it is necessary to re-pair each device. You should have better syncing results after the repairing process is complete.
