Fenix 2 and Nexus 5?

Hello,
I recently received the Garmin Fenix 2 and will be buying a new smartphone soon. I would like to ask if the Google LG Nexus 5 is compatible with the Fenix 2 so that it will send notifications to my watch.

at the moment the only solution is WAIT!
