Galaxy Note 2 can't sync activity

I have a similar problem with the FR620 and Galaxy Note 2. I can pair the devices and I get a blue sync activity but it never completes the upload. I've waited about 2-3 minutes and then I give up. Is that enough time or should I wait longer?

Have you both updated to the to Garmin Connect Mobile (Android) 2.0.2 that was released last night?

I have updated the FR220 to 2.60, Garmin connect mobile updated to 2.0.2, at first the blue sync bar appeared, i was so happy. waited for 5 minutes no response at all, and watch get disconnected after some times

then i uninstalled the android app and reinstall again the the app (2.0.2). back to the square 1. can pair but the blue sync no appearing. then i check the device sync audit
