Mine running Android Supernexus 4.4.2 does, sometimes appears to fail but if I persevere it works. Elsewhere I linked to a spec sheet for a component of the S2 that suggests it supports Bluetooth 4 but for reasons guessed to be software related the S2 does not claim to be V4 compliant
