GCM 2.01 Bug: Workouts still showing incorrect pace range

I noticed this bug before GCM 2.0 and it remains on latest GCM 2.01. On the GC website, under "Workouts," I created custom workouts w different pace ranges within Warm-up/Interval/etc, but they're shown incorrectly on GCM 2.01:

Garmin website >>> Android App (GCM 2.01)
18:15 - 14:15 >>> 18:14 - 8:51
11:15 - 11:15 >>> 11:14 - 6:59
10:15 - 10:15 >>> 10:14 - 6:22
09:15 - 09:15 >>> 09:14 - 5:44

Please fix, as this makes Workouts completely unusable on GCM app.

Tested this last night w latest fenix 4.14 beta and still hasn't been fixed. Whom else can I report this to?

    Thanks GCMsupport for reporting.

Here's another GC Workouts related bug:

Even with the latest Fenix/Tactix 4.12 beta, the last step of any completed Workout keeps getting cut off on GC website. (see pre & post pix). Don't know whether it's a Fenix issue or a GC issue. Already reported this a long time ago to [email protected] but never got a reply from them. Pls forward this to the correct Garmin team. Thks again.

Wanted to clarify that while "Workouts still showing incorrect pace range" still has not been fixed; it seems like "Last Workout Step dissapears in GC website" appears to have been fixed on latest Tactix 4.14beta.

There are still some remnant bugs involving splits showing up a bit off, like 30 sec showing up as "33 sec" and 1:00 showing up as "1:01" etc.

Please redirect these questions/issues to the general Garmin Connect forum, as they pertain to the website and not the app itself.

Additionally, please note that the Fenix/Tactix/D2 are not currently supported in the Android versions of Garmin Connect Mobile.

Thanks for your reply. So, the only bug that was related to GCM 2.01 was the first one you already reported to developers, correct?

That is correct, the other issues are more specific to the Connect website.

For the other ones that are Garmin Connect related, there just isn't anyone from Garmin responding to anyone submitting GC problems. Who else can we report these bugs to? Is there an "Integration or Systems Team" to help in areas where bugs may overlap different groups?

I apologize for this, the team that handles the Connect website side of the forums is, unfortunately, even more short staffed than ours. The only other alternative that I can recommend would be to contact our Fitness Support Team directly, via phone, at 1-800-800-1020 (option 2).

Will GCM 2.02 Android, support the new Fenix2? as I just placed an order. Is there an approx ETA?

The Fenix, Fenix 2, Tactix, D2, and Quatix will be added in a future version of the Android app, yes. However, the specific version and date of release has not yet been determined.

As we understand it, there are currently several firmware issues with these devices related to the BLE connection on Android devices that are preventing them from being supported at this time. Once these issues are resolved, support for these devices will be added.
