Endless Two-step verification notification

In the last few days, every time the app sync with the watch (Fenix 8) I get several notification requesting code to view the ECG. It doesn't stop if I enter the email verification code.

I haven't done ECG in the last few months and I'm not trying to watch any ECG recording. How can I stop this?

If you have activated medical features like ECG on a compatible Garmin watch, two-step verification becomes mandatory due to healthcare and HIPAA compliance rules. In this case, Garmin does not currently provide a self-service way to disable 2FA unless you remove or disable the ECG feature/device from your account.”

ok but this doesn't require 3 notification each time the watch is synced

Irreversible Setting: Even if you delete the ECG app, reset your smartwatch to factory settings, remove the device from your account, or stop using the feature, the mandatory 2FA requirement remains tied to that account. [1, 2]
Workarounds & Limitations:
- You cannot turn off 2FA in the Garmin Account Security Center if an ECG-enabled device has ever been tied to the profile.
- Some users note that skipping the 2FA prompt during initial setup allows you to take ECG readings locally on the watch without syncing them to the cloud, though full cloud export and history tracking are disabled.
- The only way to operate a Garmin account without forced 2FA is to use a completely separate, new Garmin account that has never activated an ECG-capable device

still, there is no point to the endless notifications during all day even after I verify

It's seems like a bug and I'm facing it too! My 2FA is already activated and I keep getting the notification. Has someone found a way of fixing it?

have you signed out of the garmin app then signed back in?
