Garmin Coach "No Plan"

Tried to find solution but apparently nothing works.
I have started Coach plan few months ago for upcoming Marathon.

Due to various things I have changed watch.

I have Primary Race set as well few other supporting and other events / races. I can see Garmin Coach plan in GC but watch says - No Plan

I can still see today's suggestion in Run activity or Workouts and execute them. No problem here.

Only watch widget says - sorry No Plan

I have Paused and resumed. Do not want to cancel it as Marathon is in few weeks and Garmin Coach will not allow me to create new plan for such short period.

I have power cycle watch.

And tried to sync with Garmin Express. Nothing works.

My watch is Fenix 7 Pro with FW 23.18. The same problem was with original FW 18.16

And no I cannot update FW to the latest one yet.

Hi pdurys open your Garmin Connect app, go to workout for today, then tap the phone icon which should force send the workout to your watch.

I might be blind, but could you share screenshot showing where this phone icon is located?
This is what I see after selecting workout for today

Three dots menu on the Coach screen has only Help, edit preferences, Pause Plan and Quit Plan

This would have to be done under Training and Planning > Workouts > Select the send icon from the top right of the app. I would also suggest making sure events and challenges are turned on under More > Settings > Home Settings in the app.

Thank you for instructions.

I might be still doing something wrong.

I do not have in my Android GC app that phone icon inside Workouts screen

I have here only those workouts I have saved myself or predefined by Garmin, but there is nothing related to my active Coach Plan

And I think I have those Events, Coach Plans and Challenges active

I would appreciate if you can clarify where I get this wrong?
