You can stop the hourly alert entirely, if you do not wish to use it. And if it does not stop in the night on its own, enable the DND mode during sleep. It suspends all kind of alerts.

Feedback wise - hopefully Garmin can create a better sound mixer for app alerts vs other system sounds (such as hourly chimesI only just got the watch, does it stop chiming at night as well? The documentation is pretty limited on this particular topic. (Garmin Documentation - Fenix 9 - Setting Time Alerts)
