Xiaomi 13T + Vivoactive 5 frequent disconnections

I have Xiaomi 13T and garmin vivoactive 5 .

Few months ago watch start to act weird. Connection between watch and phone drop every few minutes , which causes missed messages and calls .

Phone version : Xiaomi 13T , HyperOS 3.0.3.0
Garmin watch: Vivoactive 5 , 17.05
