My training readiness shows two different numbers. I get a higher number in the summary page, but if I click into training readiness I get a lower number. Is there a solution for this?
The number you see in the Home page is the value on the watch. Like "real-time" data. When you click it you see the value that was calculated at the time writte above the graph which usually is after an activity and in the morning when you wake up.
