When connected via WiFi when the bandwidth is limited e.g. on a campsite when on tour photos never upload. The running man just keeps on running.
This would seem to be an important use case as the photos are going to be more unusual and worth sharing and get more attention on the news feed.
Is Garmin trying to upload uncompressed images?
WhatsApp, Signal etc compress images to a few hundred kb before uploading which avoids this problem.
If it really is necessary to upload uncompressed images then perhaps Garmin should provide this as an option but by default compress the files locally before sending to the cloud.
I would have thought Garmin would want to limit storage anyway.
This is broken please fix.
