Does this show when the window for the Connect app is fully expanded on the iPad? If you can upload a video of that at the link below and let us know when you have done that. Does it only show this way on the iPad, or is it also the same on the Connect app on your phone?
Thank you for providing those screenshots. We have updated the app to 5.29 as of today. Can you please update the Garmin Connect app to see if the issue still persist?
