Persistent ask to share data

In the Garmin connect app a text box appears asking me.if I would like to share my data to improve Garmin. I say "No thanks". If I leave to see another feature and return to the home.screen, it asks again. And again. And again. If I say no, that means NO. Can this be fixed?

    This is where Garmin sends me from the app. It also says at the top "Mobile Apps and Web"

    That's the parent forum of this one (Connect Web). It contains also subforums for the Android and iOS apps. Since we do not know which of them you refer to, it would be really better choosing the appropriate forum for posting your comment.

    I understand how frustrating that can be. If you tap "No thanks" on the Garmin Connect prompt to share data and it continues to reappear every time you return to the Home screen, that is not expected behavior.

    Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

    1. Force close and reopen Garmin Connect.
    2. Sign out of Garmin Connect and sign back in.
    3. Update Garmin Connect to the latest version available in your device's app store.
    4. Restart your phone.
    5. If the issue continues, remove and reinstall Garmin Connect 

    If the prompt still appears after these steps, it may indicate that the app is failing to save your preference. In that case, please reply with the following information: 

    • Garmin Connect app version
    • Phone make and model
    • Phone operating system version
    • Whether the issue occurs every time you return to the Home screen
    • A screen recording showing the behavior, if possible
