Garmin instinct watch not syncing data to app. I have tried syncing via bluetooth and usb. It says its sync'd but no data shows. Tried all the troubleshooting tips but nothing seems to address the issue.

Do you by chance have an second Garmin account that the watch is connected to? If you have multiple email addresses I would doublecheck to make sure which account the watch is synced to. Please see the article below for troubleshooting options: I Am Missing Wellness Data in My Garmin Connect Account
