Got a Vivosmart 4 and the Connect app. Two days ago the Intensity Minutes stopped showing up. The app is on a Galaxy S21 Ultra. Phone and app are up-to-date. Any fixes?

Hello 1955124 For intensity minutes you do need to have an elevated HR. The vivosmart 4 requires you to maintain a minimum 10 minutes of your HR being elevated, before the intensity minutes will count.…
