Sync Garmin App / Forerunner 970

Hi,

I am a proud owner of the Forerunner 970 for  few days now (got the 945 before). I usually  ride with my bike with the Edge 1050. My question: after the initial global sync I could see all my activities, but I can't the latest I did with the 1050. The activity is shown in garmin connect and also uploaded to Strava. The KI sayed that this behavior is normal, but it shouldn't and was not normal for my 945. I want to see my total bike km for the week on my watch. 
Did I miss something. Please let me me know if there is a solution for this.

    Since the activity is appearing in Garmin Connect and has also synced to Strava, the upload from your Edge 1050 appears to be working correctly.

    If you haven't already, please make sure Physio TrueUp is enabled for both your Forerunner 970 and Edge 1050. Physio TrueUp is what allows compatible Garmin devices on the same account to share training and activity data. Instructions to enable TrueUp can be found here: What is Physio TrueUp?

    If Physio TrueUp is enabled, can you let us know where on the Forerunner 970 you're expecting to see the cycling distance? For example, are you viewing the weekly totals by following the steps shown here:
