Upcoming calendar event missing

I have Fénix 7 Pro Sapphire Solar, I use Google Calendar on my phone to manage Events, plus Garmin Connect for sync as usual.

A few days ago I noticed upcoming calendar event going missing on my Fénix calendar widget, only 2nd and following events are visible.

I create event in Google Calendar, it syncs to watch and after some time it disappears. Always the first one. I cannot replicate exact conditions, but it is usually gone the next day. Google Calendar shows all ok.

It worked fine after the recent firmware update, so I suspect it's app or sync related.

    Same issue here for me. I'm on a Garmin Epix Gen 2 non-Pro. What seems to be the case in my situation is that any event for the next six or seven hours does not appear. There seems to be some kind of six or seven hour gap that it doesn't show events for, almost as if my widget believes I'm in a different time zone. Interestingly, the difference of six or seven hours is also the offset of the time zone I am in, which is ICT (IE+7) against GMT. The offset seems to be the same as the gap that's not appearing.

    Yes. I think that's it. I am UTC+2 now and events on watch seem to disappear (are finished) 2 hours earlier. Some update messed the time zones.

    I can definitely confirm some time zone sync problem. Today I had scheduled event from 8:30 to 21:00 (I am UTC+2). I checked at approximately 19:15 on my Fenix 7 and it was changed to 6:30 to 19:00. Few seconds later it disappeared from watch.

    I have a Samsung S25, and though I can't exactly know if it was at the same time, I recently had a One UI update to 8.5. It feels like it was around that time, but I'm not 100% sure, that this issue appeared. Still unresolved.

    Same for me. Brand new Forerunner 970, got it yesterday. Samsung Galaxy S25 with One UI 8.5, both devices updated to the latest firmwares. I'm at UTC +2 (Sweden) and events disappear too early, 2 hours seem to be correct. Not sure when this issue started since everything is brand new.

    I wouldn't mind being able to see all events at all times, as long as the glance only show the current / upcoming event.

    I have Sony Xperia 10 V and this issue is very fresh. I use widget to check upcoming and current events on my Fenix 7 daily. It started approximately a week ago, maybe 2 weeks max.

    For your information Garmin calendar widget shows timeline, present and upcoming events and also a detailed calendar. Normally very clear and working as expected.

    Appointments disappear as they hit 11:46 in the future.

    I'm having the exact same issue here. I live in the GMT+9 time zone, and all events within the last 9 hours are completely missing. I’m using a Garmin MARQ paired with a Galaxy S26 Ultra.

    Garmin Connect Android app updated may 18th. Since the problem here seem to affect users with different android manufacturers and different watches, the only common thing here is Garmin Connect Android app. Has to be a bug in the version that came out may 18th right?

    I'm UTC +1 (UK) and calendar widget seems to be behaving (Pixel 8 /Fenix 7S Pro). There was some sort of on-the-fly software update to my watch yesterday too. No idea what that was but might be worth looking into?
