Garmin connect route planner

When using garmin connect app on my Samsung a9 tablet to modify a route there is no "edit" button anymore. If i create a new route there is no "save" button and if i press the "i" button the buttons to plot the route disappear at the bottom of the page unable to be seen! 

Plotting on the pc is better but not always possible and please garmin, reinstate the navigate by roads selection! Popular routes doesn't always cut it.

    It's still there. choose activity type > Custom. Bottom of the screen choose Routing Options > Follow Roads > Done

    Well I'll be... I could swear it wasn't there last night...? I only had the other two options, popular routes and freehand. Anyway, it's there now,  thank you. Blush

    Now would you please tell me how to adjust my route once it is made? I want to cut a mile off, but on my tablet I can't drag the blue line and snap it onto the new section. All I can do is either add to the route or adjust waypoints and I don't want either of those. It's easy to do it on the pc, I just hold the mouse on the line and drag. That doesn't work on my tablet (Samsung A9)

    Also I can't add the little dots that prevent you undoing the whole route. Easy on the pc, just click. But how on a tablet?
